I'm Pascari Lilian, a web developer with more than 6 years of experience in digital projects. I build websites and web applications with modern technologies (Next.js, React and Tailwind CSS) and a content admin panel, and I use design as a tool for a clear, easy-to-use experience.

I handle the technical side from start to finish: structure and code, loading speed, mobile adaptation, SEO, hosting and launch. I focus on clean code and on websites that are easy to manage and extend.

I'm from Edineț and have lived in Chișinău for about 15 years. From here I work with businesses in Moldova and abroad that need a fast, stable website that brings in customers. We work together online, wherever you are.

Through my company, Î.I. Pascari Lilian, I build web projects from idea to launch, and after launch I stay on hand for updates and further development.

I start every project from the business goal: what the website has to do, for whom, and how the result is measured. Only then do I choose the technology: Next.js and React for speed and flexibility, and an admin panel (Payload, Strapi or Sanity) where the client edits the content. I host the website on Vercel or on a dedicated server.

I build the structure, write the code and test on phone, tablet and desktop. Design supports the functionality: clear interfaces that load fast and lead the visitor to get in touch.

I work directly with the client, with no middlemen, and explain technical decisions in plain language. At handover you get a documented website that is easy to manage and ready to grow with your business.

I choose technologies for what they solve, not for how new they are.
