• Visit statistics (Google Analytics) — only if you accept cookies: pages visited, visit length, device and browser type, approximate city or country. Google also receives your IP address.
• Cookieless statistics (Vercel Web Analytics) — number of visits and pages visited, with no cookies and without identifying you.
• Technical hosting data — the server (Vercel) logs your IP address and browser type to run and secure the website.
• Data you give me — if you call or write to me: your phone number, email address and what you tell me.

The website has no forms, user accounts or online shop.

• Google Analytics statistics: to understand how the website is used and improve it — based on your consent.
• Vercel statistics and hosting data: to keep the website running and secure and to know how many visits it gets — based on legitimate interest.
• Data from calls and messages: to reply and prepare a proposal — based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only after you click “Accept” in the banner and can last up to 2 years. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage), without a cookie. You can change it at any time with the “Cookies” link in the website footer.

• Public content delivery networks (jsDelivr, unpkg, Amazon CloudFront), which serve some of the website's libraries and see your IP address

These providers may process data outside the Republic of Moldova, including in the United States, under the contractual safeguards they offer. I don't sell or rent data to anyone.

Google Analytics data: up to 14 months. Data from calls and messages: as long as needed to reply and for the duration of our work together, then only as required by law (for example for accounting records).

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time, without affecting what was done before. Email me at lilian.pascari@outlook.com and I'll reply within one month.

If you think your data is not being handled properly, you can complain to Moldova's National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md).

If I change this policy, I'll update the date below. I don't make automated decisions or profile you based on your data.
