About the client

MyChauffeurDrive provides chauffeur-driven transport in the USA and Canada: airport transfers, business trips, full-day hire and event transport. The fleet includes sedans, minivans and minibuses for groups of up to 48 people.

The challenge

Customers are in the USA and Canada and look for transport in a specific city. The website had to look like a premium service, explain each service type clearly and let customers send a booking request in a couple of minutes.

The solution

I put the four booking types right on the first screen: airport transfer, A to B transfer, hourly service and daily service, each with its own form. Further down, the website explains each service and leads to pages for the fleet, countries and cities.

What the website includes

  • Four booking forms, one for each service type
  • Sections for business trips, daily service, event transfers and airport transfers
  • Clear selling points: professional drivers, a varied fleet, fixed rates with no hidden fees
  • Fleet, Countries and Cities pages
  • A blog with articles about cities in Canada, for local search
  • Customer reviews and frequently asked questions
  • Legal pages: terms, privacy and cookies

How I worked

  1. Structure — I defined the service types and the pages a customer in the USA or Canada needs.
  2. UX/UI design — I created a premium interface with the booking forms at the centre of the first screen.
  3. Development — I built the website on WordPress, in English, with a separate form for each service.
  4. Content for Google — I prepared the page structure for cities and the blog, for local search.
  5. Testing — I checked the forms and pages on phone and desktop.

Result

MyChauffeurDrive has an English-language website for the US and Canadian market, where customers choose a service and send a booking request right from the first screen.
