About the client
VikTrans carries people and parcels both ways between Moldova and Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium, with departures twice a week. Passengers are picked up in several towns along the route and taken straight to their address.
The challenge
Customers search Google for the exact route, for example “transport Ungheni Germany”, and want to find out the price quickly. The website had to show up for these searches and take the visitor straight to a call or a WhatsApp message.
The solution
Besides the home page, I created a page for every direction (Moldova – Germany, Germany – Moldova and so on) and for every departure town and destination country, plus a separate page for parcels. The “Get a price” and “Message on WhatsApp” buttons are visible on every page.
What the website includes
- First section with the route, the service types (round trip, passengers, parcels, door to door) and contact buttons
- On-board amenities: hot meals, drinks, air conditioning, TV, comfortable seats, free luggage up to 50 kg
- Pages for 6 directions and for 8 towns in Moldova to Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium
- An “All routes” page and a dedicated parcel transport page
- Video gallery of the coach and its interior
- Direct contact by phone, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram and email
- Romanian and Russian versions
- Cookie banner with accept, reject and preferences options
- Structured data for Google and conversion tracking for Google Ads campaigns
How I worked
- Research — I started from what customers search for: departure town, destination country and price.
- Structure — I planned the pages for every route and the links between them, so both visitors and Google find them easily.
- UX/UI design — I created a direct interface with call and WhatsApp buttons that are easy to tap on a phone.
- Development — I built the website in React, published it on Vercel and connected Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Testing — I checked every route page, the contact buttons and the cookie banner on phone and desktop.
Result
VikTrans has a page for every route it serves, ready for local search and Google Ads campaigns, and every page leads to a call or a message.
